Summer '05 

8.19.05 - 8.24.05 - Road Trippin' to the SC! In lieu to moving me back to school, my sister, niece, and nephew and I took a little detour to Myrtle Beach! We stayed there a few nights and checked out all the tourist attractions. Our hotel had like four pools and a lazy river despite being right on the ocean front (I'm not complaining though)

Driving down through Chicago, my niece and I thought the moon looked really cool so we tried taking pictures but I can't even tell where the moon is in this pic I took pics while I was driving - safe I just wanted a nice picture of Melinda and Curt but they wouldn't cooperate And this is the nicest I got View from our hotel room. If you look closely you can see a little boy being eaten by a shark My niece and I! I told her to look longingly out at the ocean and this is what I got

8.18.05 - The best yet saddest day of working at the Feedmill. Sadie and I had a party and brought tons of food. It was really hard saying good-bye to everyone. Hopefully it's not really good-bye and I will be working there again in the future. And of course we ended the day  right with a dance party!

         That night Holly threw me another goodbye party at The Shack. We started a tradition of going to Gravey Train for breakfast the morning after.

8.17.05 - J's Final Coffee Hut - tear!

Watched some TV Then fell to his death For the first time in Cottage Party history, people gathered in the sun room Even with the pictures in front of me I still have a hard time believing it Guten Morgen Morgan Yep, it was the place to be Megan open your &#$%ing eyes! Seriously, I took at least a dozen pictures and her eyes were closed in all of them. This is the best one Focus... David is similiar to Megan in many ways... Carla popped out from the darkness! 8.14.05 - Dad's Bday party at the cottage

Could McKenna be any cuter... (Could my hair be any nastier?) Brian and Karson get ready to hunt some crocs! Being cute is exhausting and the pair got cranky

8.11.05 - Just another day at the ole 'Mill... So this was extremely funny at the time and I hope that pictures do it justice! So the one day that it rained all summer, Sadie left her car windows open. In fear of getting wet, she grabbed a piece of cardboard and ran out to her car. Little did Sadie know was that her little cardboard tent created terrible blind spots and when crossing the road she was almost ran over. 

8.8.05 - A Taste of Elkhart/Downtown Night! Sadie and I worked together at the ole 'Mill, and then after the event was over we met up with Holly and Jeff to wander the abandoned streets of Elkhart Lake .

8.7.05 - After comparing pictures of their parents to them, we have realized that Karson and McKenna are really just clones of Brian and Kris. 

                  

8.6.05 -Catering fun! On this crazy Saturday night, Sadie, Tyler, Holly and I helped cater a wedding at the Kohler Arts Center. Very posh and strict and everyone was stressed out, but despite all this I had fun! Yes I was the only person who had fun.... And so far the only payment we have received for the job has been the privilege of eating out of the slop bucket shown below. Thanks Thyme Savours!  

It looks disgusting but it just might have been the most delicious food I ever ateNot only was there a community pig trough, but there was a community water bottleSadie got caught up in the romantic atmosphere of the weddingThe cook even offered that we could take the rest home in a garbage bag - thanks!

8.5.05 - One crazy night... It started out with me in bed sleeping and Fu, Holly, and Kirby knocking on my door. We went to the cottage and crashed Kevin's card-playing. Next we went to Guiltner's Lake (sp?) and saw a creepy man waiting for us. Then we went to Fat Boys and Deanna gave us free shots. Then walking became difficult and a creepy guy wearing make-up tried raping Holly and I. Then I went to work drunk in the morning and hung over for the catering job at night. Good times... 

Having fun watching the guys play cards Kevin dying to be in a picture You woud have ran too....I used the flash on my camera to provide light while running asway from the demon and I got a picture of Kirby's ass

7.26.05 - Six Flags Great America! My only vacation of the summer and it was worth every dime! We stayed at The Moraine Hotel in Highwood Park in Chicago and we were the only English-speaking occupants. If they were South American, they were Russian mobsters.

  Fu is having a good time  Captain and Cokes all around  Sitting around deciding where to go eat    Sensual Brett  Making a grand entrance  Shitty picture      I forget the name of this restaurant but it was amazing  Yes! Finally after all my years of stalking Holly and Fu I finally got a good pic of them     So while wandering around the creepy haunted hotel we ran into a few predicaments  Holly and Carla hide in the cornerChecking out the dead bodies in the pool  Right before I took this picture, an angry Russian opened the door, stopped and glared angrily and left. Weirdest thing ever...   Frantically returning to our room   Scared shitless   Then we heard gun shots  Then we interfered with a mafia rendevouz   Brett fell asleep at 9  Once we were all sounds asleep Holly woke up to start beating the crap out Fu  I don't think I will ever understand their relationship    Then a ghost appeared    Then Holly kicked the ghost's ass    I had the pleasure of sleeping in the same bed of this chaos. It lasted for another 4 hours

7.23.05 - Wrapping ManFeb's Graduation present. We made her present look like her

7.4.05 - Fourth of July - my first day off of work all summer... We had a fry-out at the cottage and then went swimming down by the bay (where the watermelons grow). Then we went to Pizza Hut and back to the rotten cottage for some flicks.

7.3.05 - Kevin and his friends decked out the pontoon for the Fourth of July Wolf Lake Boat Parade in memory of Mischo.

7.2.05 - Celebrating the stone patio! Or as I like to call indulging in the fruits of our labor. And what a fine patio she be!

6.26.05 - Country USA! The only time I got to drive Horace 

Fu stepped in nacho cheese and it was the funniest thing because he was too pissed to clean it off and he just kept it on the whole time. Ok not so funny now, but take my word for it Holly with bangs? Oh yeah.... I could watch Jordan kid eat ice cream all night long... My mom called me to ask if I was in the driveway. Der - yes mom... Jamming - hard core Noid is decked out This kid is wearing an outfit of Miller Lite boxes The couple to the left of Holly stood in the aisle and fought for hours. It was amusing This was especially freaky after having seen House of Wax It was such a long venture to the car that several bathroom breaks were requiredWe felt the grill of the creepy truck was an appropriate place for the big stick Thumbs up

6.25.05 - Marytown picnic! Yea Roadtrip!!

Alija! I only got this picture because they were drunk and not paying attention to me Holly and friend of guy who slipped me the date-rape drug Alli entices men all around   Then Fu punched me in the face Then he punched Holly Then Alli's boobs fell out Ooh! We met the lead singer from Roadtrip! What an adrenaline rush! Aw Angry Fu did his share of punching people that night...Hey Brett The first time Dan and Brett have ever had a conversation. Maybe he's in denial of how handsome he is and wants to hide it from the world  Or maybe he hates me and wants to ruin my life eliminating any shread of happiness that may come my way

6.12.05 - Family at the cottage.

Karson laughs at my dad soooo much - it's the most darling thing ever It always ends up that mom and McKenna match. I think my mom peeps into their windows to see what McKenna wears in order to match and assure perfect photos Karson with his mom Best mom ever Sleepy Karson Dad crushes Karson's face - how cute!

6.4.05 - Zach's Going Away Party. Um I think it's safe to say that I have more pictures from this night than all the pics in galleries 1-5 combined.... I even deleted half of them... huh... So how to sum up this party.... Everyone was sick because Fu spread his germs, I got drunk off cough medicine,  we beat up little kicks and I gave an 8 year old a black-eye, Megan broke a chair, Tyler modeled, Fu made out with Zach's dog, Ringeisen's posse showed up, and then we were all killed by a tornado.

5.28.05 - So the twins stayed over Saturday night. Honestly, could they be any cuter? Later we ventured to             Sadie's for a rockin' good time. That is until angry drunks took over and we took refuge in the Texas  Chainsaw Massacre shed. I think I can safely say that this is the only party where we gathered in a circle for a good ole Catholic prayer (and boy did that Hail Mary do the trick!)

5.07.05 - Amber's First Communion! I went to the service at Sacred Heart in Fondy with Grandma and then to         
                  Jeff and Jenny's for the party. It was also Grandma's birthday that day.
